What is UCO?
Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO) is conducted for students of class 2 to 10. It motivates children to widen their knowledge of using the mental ability, logical reasoning & computer knowledge which will help them in handling problems related to software, management crises, lack of judgment and decision-making, etc. UCO 2019 is held across the country with the objective of making students aware of computer education, instilling competitive attitude, including logic, reasoning and mental ability in the learning process, identifying talent and assessing students on a nationwide platform and exposing them to the latest technology in computers.
The registrations for UCO 2019 are done through the schools only. Eligible candidates need to fill the UCO 2019 Application form through their schools before August 10, 2019. The Olympiad is conducted at two levels. Level 1 will be conducted on September 17 and October 1, 2019 in respective schools. 500 shortlisted students from every class will sit for the Level 2 exam which will be held at the nearest selected State Head Quarters/Main Town. Level 2 exam of UCO 2019 will be held in the first week of February 2019.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any student of classes 2 to 12 studying in a school recognized by Unified Council can apply for the UCO 2019 exam.

Students can register for UCO 2019 by filling the application form through their schools. They will also need to pay the examination fee of Rs.120/- to the concerned school officials only. Those desirous of referring to Model Question Papers will pay Rs.40 extra for a set of Previous Question Papers. The last date to apply is August 10, 2019. Venue of the UCO will be respective schools only and there is no open centre facility for this examination. Thus, direct/individual applications forms for UCO 2019 are not accepted. Students are requested to apply for UCO 2019 through respective schools only.
Application Fees
Rupees 150 for all Categories and Genders.
Admit Card
The first level of UCO 2019 is conducted in schools only. The UCO admit cards are dispatched to the respective school address for level 1 exam. Unified Council issues the second levels admit cards for UCO 2019 for selected students.
Exam pattern
Unified Cyber Olympiad 2019, with the goal of streamlining computer education across the country, will be conducted in the English language. Every class from 2 to 10 will have a different question paper. According to the UCO exam pattern, all questions asked will be objective type or MCQs only. UCO 2019 will not have any negative marking. There will be a total of 50 questions of 50 marks thus; each question will carry 1 mark. The duration of the exam is 1 hour. The marking scheme/exam pattern of UCO 2019 at both levels is mentioned below:

Results and Counseling
The UCO result 2019 will be released by Unified Council in the month of November 2019. The second level of UCO 2019 will be conducted tentatively in the first week of February 2020 and the result for that will be released in March 2020.
Certificates and Reports
All participating students will receive Participating Certificate and a Cyber Diagnostic Report (CDR) which mentions the following details:
- Overall ranking in the National level
- Graphical representation performance Subject wise – Skill wise
- Group Highest mark
- Group Average mark CDR provides real feedback on real learning. It allows the students to know where they stand and pinpoints areas of strengths and weakness. This report is provided for feedback and improvement.
