What is RBI grade B?
Grade B post in Reserve Bank of India is a highly esteemed job of the country. RBI Grade B Exam is conducted annually by the Reserve Bank of India and numerous students take part in this recruitment drive. RBI is the central bank of the country and the several perks offered by the post apart from the reputed job makes it the most sought-after job among students in large number.
It is a national level exam conducted yearly by the Reserve Bank of India. Last
year a total of 166 vacancies were released for the RBI Grade B recruitment. To be a part of RBI as an Officer in Grade B, one has to successfully crack both the
phases of RBI Grade B exam along with the Interview. This is considered as an alluring opportunity for the candidates waiting to join the officer level job in RBI. An official notification containing each important information and date is released every year. This year RBI Grade B notification will be released for various posts including-

RBI Grade B 2019 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to follow the given criteria to be eligible for RBI Grade
B 2019 Exam:
- Must be a citizen of India
- Must be a subject of Nepal
- Must be a subject of Bhutan
- Must be a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 who has the intention of settling permanently in India.
- A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
Age Criteria: RBI has defined minimum age criteria for appearing in the
RBI Officer (Grade ‘B’) examination. Candidates are required to be aged
between 21 years and 30 years (both age included) to apply for RBI Grade
B exam 2019.
Age Relaxation: Candidates, who belong to the reserved category, will be provided relaxation in their upper age as per the rules decided by the Board.

Educational Qualification:
Candidate appearing for the RBI officer examination-2019 must be a graduate from a recognized university or institute. He /She must have attained 60% marks in the graduation while the same percentage is reduced to 50% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category. Candidates having Doctorate degree with aggregate 50% marks can also apply for the RBI examination. In addition to this, candidates having masters’ degree with
55% marks will be allowed to apply for the RBI Exam 2019. Candidates
having post graduate diploma in management or Masters of Business
administration can also apply for the RBI Officer Grade B exam 2019. Chartered Accountant (CA), Company secretary or Cost Accountant can also apply for this examination
Application form
RBI Grade B Examination 2019 is tentatively scheduled for the month of
June 2019. RBI Grade B 2019 Application Form will be available in the month of May, 2019.
RBI Grade B 2019 Admit Card & Call Letter
The admit card for RBI Grade B 2019 Exam will be released shortly for Prelims Exam. Candidates will be able to download RBI Grade B Prelims Admit Card by visiting the official notification uploaded on the official site . The admit card for RBI Grade B Exam will be issued to candidates separately for Prelims & Mains. Candidates who are unsuccessful in submitting their RBI Grade B Online Application Form will be issued Prelims Call Letter and the Mains Admit Card will be issued to candidates who will qualify t he prelims round of RBI Grade B

RBI Grade B 2019 Exam Syllabus
Phase-1 exam is an objective type examination conducted online. It will have mainly 4 sections: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.
Phase-2 exam of RBI Grade B 2019 is both objective & descriptive type. The major areas to focus upon are: Economic & Social Issues, English Language and Finance & Management.

RBI Grade B 2019 Exam Pattern
RBI Grade B 2019 Exam will be conducted in three phases: Phase-I exam, phase- II exam and interview process. Candidates are required to clear all the three
phases in order to get a confirmed post as a Grade B Officer in Reserve Bank of
India.
